It’s amazing to know that many of us take flossing for granted. Yes, it is a fact that a lot of people just don’t wan t to bother and altogether skip flossing their teeth. I have a good relationship with my dental hygienist and somehow, we are comfortable discussing about anything under the sun, and I have obtained this fact from her. I visit my dentist every six months without fail, not that I love to, but I know it’s the right thing to do.
Flossing our teeth is a very important part in maintaining good dental health. Not only that, it also help in preventing heart attack or stroke. Why is flossing once teeth connected to the heart you may ask. It’s simply because, flossing prevents gingivitis, an infection of the gum that is chronic and brings about inflammation of the arteries which can increase the risk of fatal or dangerous blood clots.
