Nighttime Skin Treat — 8 Comments

  1. I agree with the rinsing thing… my friend who’s a derma told me that you should really rinse well, but no hard rubbing action, mostly just splashing your face with water lots of times. She also told me that when you apply moisturizers and whatnot you have to use upward motion to allow your pores to absorb the product but when you put makeup on you have to use downward motion so as not to cause pore clogging.

  2. i believe in taking care of the face, no matter how long it would take. this is the first thing that people see when you meet them.

rinse, rinse, rinse is important… and what i do when i towel dry my face is that i just pat the towel on my face, it may be maarte but i got used to it already 🙂

  3. I used to treat my skin with skin care cream every night when I was still in PI but when I got here in the US, I got lazy to do it. What I do now is to drink carrot juice everyday and it help also to give me a healthy skin.

  4. @ everyone

glad to know i’m not the only one na nag-iinarte. lisa and hailey, you better start getting on track. your skin will thank you.

  5. I admire you for allotting time to wash your face before bedtime and as soon as you got up of bed. I sometimes intentionally omit this routine at night but I make it a point that I wash my face with Ponds White Beauty Detox facial foam every morning, it gives me radiant looking skin in the face:)
