  1. It used to happen to me from time to time, and you are very right. It hurts like heck. I found that more water, as you said, helps. What mostly ended it for me though was more potassium. Either eat a banana every day or take a multi-vitamin that has a lot of potassium in it. Since I started doing that I have basically had no more middle of the night leg cramps.

  2. I also experience leg cramps in the middle of the night. I guess I need potassium too. I’ll have to eat more bananas then coz this is a good source of potassium.

  3. i feel like crying when i experience this… usually it happens during dawn that is why i can’t ask hubby to massage my legs.

    another points for bananas and potassium for this round 🙂
