Personally, I haven’t tried to do any detoxification technique, although there’s so many products out there nowadays that are aimed at detox. The closest I got to detoxification was when I had to go through a procedure called colonoscopy, which I believe is a very invasive procedure. I had no choice, it was doctor’s order, and I’m glad I did. You can’t buy peace of mind, so even if you have to go through unpleasant procedures to resolve an issue up in the air, you would go for it.
For good health, I would not mind to try colon cleansing. In fact, I heard some people even employ the process to loss weight. Thankfully enough, I don’t need to do that, but for general health and normal functioning of my digestive system, I would. I will just have to make sure, I use an all natural colon cleanser, something that’s easy to use and non irritating or non-invasive. I’ve been hearing good reviews about Oxy Powder, so I might just try it.
Now, for me to be able to carry it out successfully, I have to make sure, I convince my husband to do the same simultaneously. You know why? Because he is a foodie, and I want him to rid his body of toxins and build up of unwanted elements. Doing it simultaneously will be the best, so that our food consumption will match for the duration of the process, not to mention, it will be more fun.
