Decorating is one of my passion. I’m no professional interior decorator, but I am so interested and love the idea of putting things together especially creating vignettes that makes a certain space look more stunning. In my home, aside from books, I used clocks all over the place to create nice tabletop arrangements even on bookcases. Mantel clocks like this one are my preference.
Isn’t my choice a beauty? I love it just because this Howard Miller Eastlake mantel clock has a certain character that’s so appealing to me, and the aged dial and double carving on the top is so awesome . Aside from that, they are not bulky, and therefore, can be placed even on limited spaces. I also love putting mantel clocks on top of piled up books, say a group of three books to add more height.
Lately I’ve been browsing for more mantel clocks from 1-800-4clocks.com so I can freshen up my decor. I can never have too my of them, more so because I am not the only one fascinated with clocks here in the house. Blame it on a highly pressurized job, my husband is always on the look out for time, so mantel clocks come in handy, as they are there at almost every corner in the house. The selection of clocks on this online portal is so wide, I can get lost just by browsing. In fact, since our wedding anniversary is coming up, it may be a wise choice to pick an anniversary clock as present for my husband. I’m sure, he’ll be thrilled. I can actually avail of the free shipping or if I fell like it I’ll just go and pick it up at their main store at the Grand Central Station here in New York. Boy, would I be like a little girl lost in a candy store. I’m afraid I won’t have that self control and wind up bringing home a lot more than I intend to get.
