I have been wanting to really go back to my walking regimen, but I have really been very lazy lately. I simply lack the desire to start, so how much more the discipline to stick to it. In the past, I have kept to my regimen, but as soon as the cold weather came, I stopped.
I think, it’s more of panic that’s gotten in to me now, because I am fully aware that I have gained quite a few pounds. Although, friends and family say I can afford to keep the pounds I gained, as it does not even show, I feel the change and I simply don’t like it. I have been mulling with the idea of doing some kind of colon cleanse. I heard it is also an effective way to lose weight, on top of the fact that it aids in keeping a healthy immune system.
