Remember, that the real butter has 100 calories per tablespoon and 11 grams of fat ( 7 grams, saturated). If you’re eyeing at the substitutes, don’t forget that even these variety such as Benecol, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter and the like, have a lot of calories too. Calories are reduced in the substitutes but even if it is, try to go easy when you spread.
