I have started and finally went back to my indoor walking regimen, as I have written a few days ago. Since I’m just back to it, I have been doing it every other day, so I can easily ease into it. So far, I’ve been doing only the 1 mile walk with hand exercises without the weighted balls. It feels great I must admit, but after a few days of sore muscles on my legs, I now have pain on my left upper arm. I am suspecting that I pulled a muscle from my routine yesterday. There’s a certain angle when I move my arm that brings unbearable pain. I have taken 2 caplets of Aleve; hopefully the pain will go away.
Now, with this pain, I hope it will not bring the lazy bug in me. I was just glad I finally started to get off my bu** . I’m hoping, my mind won’t win over me, as I can keep walking and skip the hand exercise altogether.
