Summer is now finally in full swing. Oh, and the celebration begins, as the 4th of July holiday is coming up. Are you pantry ready for the backyard barbecue? And is your backyard equipped to accommodate guests coming over for the celebration? What are your holiday plans?

One thing’s for sure though, most of us will be having some kind of get together over the long weekend. We will be going to my sister’s house again for another round of barbecue. We just had one last weekend for my nephew’s graduation party so that was a bigger crowd. This time it will be just family, more intimate kind of barbecue.
