Pain Free

Yes, finally the pain on my upper arm is gone. I was glad to wake up pain free. Honestly, I haven’t gone back to my walking regimen yet, and I’m afraid I’m back to my sedentary lifestyle once again. The good thing though today is that, at least I got some kind of exercise via pushing the vacuum. How’s that for an exercise?

As I have written then, when starting an exercise regimen, always take it easy, and start slow. Tomorrow is another day, I have to get moving and move my b*** off. It’s good to exercise!

    Glad to know you’re pain free now. Ganyan talaga sa umpisa but when you’re get used to your exercise, you’ll not have pulled muscle or pain no more.
