  1. and may I add that moving is also good for cardio right? and may i remind my self again that I need to get to start moving also. walking will do just fine but I hate to wake up early in the morning to walk, can’t do it naman after office hours becoz I am too tired na by then. sigh

    I always find excuses not to do it no? bad.
