From walking, that is. I have been talking about getting back into my old walking routine for the past few weeks, and it was briefly halted because of an upper arm injury, if you may even call it that, and my big toe bruised. It’s been a struggle since to get back on track, but for the past few days, I’ve been good at keeping into the walking mode.
I’m doing 1 mile at a time, and it may not be that much but I’m glad I’m moving. For those of you that are not aware of what kind of walking I’ve been doing, I’m walking indoors with Leslie Sansone(her walking video). I have the whole set of 1, 2 and 3 miles but since I’m just starting to get into the groove, 1 mile will do for now.
It feels good to get going and moving vigorously for at least 30 minutes a day. I will post my progress as I try to go back to what I used to do: the 3 mile walk.
