General Mills, the manufacturer of Pillsbury sent me the replacement certificate as promised. You must remember this article that I wrote here a few weeks back. I got it in the mail yesterday along with a $1 manufacturer’s coupon and a letter of apology.
Not that I wouldn’t buy their refrigerated doughs ever again if they didn’t deliver their promise, because their doughs are the next best thing to freshly baked bread. I’m very delighted that they did as I was told. Now, that is what you call customer service at it’s finest; no automated responses, instead I got a live Customer Service assistant after two rings of the phone.
