I gave in. I’m not a lobster tail kind of lobster lover, I love devouring and working on whole lobsters, but for the first time I gave in to my husband who prefers just the tail. He was with me at the fish market as he was off for MLK’s Day.
I steamed it and served with lemon butter. What can I say, it was very easy to work on, as compared to the kind of labor you do with whole lobsters.
