I’m just too lazy when it comes to exercising, so much so that I can’t keep to a regular exercise regimen. Could it be that I’m flab free as of yet to even seriously keep a regimen, perhaps? But as my doctor always bugs me whenever I see him, I need to exercise for my heart health and not for extra weight. Although, he does not want my fluctuating weight, in fact, he always frowns at the gain and loss circus recorded on my file.
So, for someone as lazy as me, I do 30 minutes aerobic walking three times a week at the most. I surmise, any workout is better than none. I try to push myself slightly beyond what feels comfortable, as my routine also includes weighted balls. I can’t do the full routine though with the weighted balls, because aside from a slight shortness of breath while at it, my husband also frowns at the idea of packing muscles on my upper arms.
I’m due to see my heart doctor next week. I hope to come back with good results, because then and only then will I begin to plan for any vacation for the year. Perhaps an Outer Banks soiree is a good idea. I’m fully aware about North Carolina’s Outer Banks as a stunning landscape of dynamic sand bar islands that bow way out into the Atlantic Ocean. I can just imagine that majestic sight!
Going back to exercising, health professionals believe that the ideal workout is 30 – 60 minutes on most days of the week. Even if I can’t do it on most days, at least I know I’m doing something. How about you?

Love to keep you around longer. Exercise, stretch and drink water!
