If only getting rid of extra flab is that easy without going for the best fat burner, then all of us would be fit and trim. How nice! I wished it was really that easy.
Reality is, a lot of us are stuck with our weight loss objectives. With a lot of temptations and stress from everyday living, we are trapped and a lot of us just give up.
I, myself would feel better if I lose a few pounds. Yes, I don’t look fat, nor do I have bulges but I’m aware that in order for me to be more fit, I need to change some habits and some aspects of my lifestyle.
I have started going to the gym and I have yet to establish a firm schedule. Every single day, I wake up with the intention of going but I get caught up with my daily routine and totally junk the idea of heading to the gym. There’s simply not enough time in the day. The gym in our building is open as early as 5:00 a.m. and closes at 11:00 p.m. so that should give me enough time, but it simply is not a priority. You see? I really should make it a priority. Bad choice (tsk, tsk).
