Is there anything as such?
I have been very diligent in my work-out the past week and a half. Yes, I think, I’m finally getting the hang of it and I’m slowly but surely getting myself committed to a gym schedule. After all, how bad can it be, as all I have to do is get dressed, slide on to my comfy sneakers and head down to the gym.
My issue lies on the fact that I love to bake and baking has become my weekend routine so that my husband and I have something sweet to look forward to in the weekend.
Thus, I have been thinking of doing the weekend diet, but I will not call it as such, because I will do it during weekdays, not the weekend. If you’ve heard about it, weekend diet entails the dieter to indulge in high fiber cereal, low calorie salads, a bit of exercise (say half an hour), eating portion controlled lunches and dinners and controlling intake of bread.
All of the above are probably hard to implement, because I’m just so used to eating what I want and how much I want. But if I have enough will power, maybe it can be done.
