I’ve been doing good with my work out routine in the gym recently. I’m kind of surprised that lately, I have found myself wanting to go to the gym more often without having to push myself so hard. In the past, I would be thinking about my time in the gym as wasted time.
Not anymore, as I have been feeling more perky and energized and I’m aware that it is due to my latest fitness regimen. With this change though, I have been wanting to eat more and more. I have been ravenous, and whatever food that is within my seeing distance are easy target. I wonder if I will have to succumb to taking a good appetite suppressant soon.
I know that I will have to try and find a good balance. Otherwise, my efforts in the gym will be put to waste.
