Do you want to ward off arthritis? Experts have found out a natural arthritis fighter in pomegranate juice.
Pomegranate has anti-inflammatory compounds which is believed to keep joints stronger. Higher concentration of this compound, can be availed from undiluted pomegranate juice. One is assured to get the most punch if taken pure. Some drinkers, though, find pure pomegranate juice too bitter for their taste. Hence, they add one tablespoon of pomegranate juice to a glass of green tea.
Personally, I haven’t tried juicing pomegranate fruits. I love eating the fruit itself. I buy the commercially available pomegranate juice : POM, and I also like the taste as is. I have yet to try the fresh version.
