On my most recent posts, I have shared with you a couple of possible reasons for that unwanted weight gain. Yes, they are not the most likely culprit if we think about it, but they can be. So instead of heading out and start scouring the stores and the internet for the best diet pills for weight loss, I can add a few more possible situations that you can look into and possibly put an end to binging.
- Don’t store sweet treats and other fatty foods in glass jars or transparent containers. This works like the adage: out of sight; out of mind.
- Just flick on all the lights. Experts believe that the dimmer the room, the more we eat. Reason being that low lights actually make us feel less self-conscious and more relaxed.
- Get some sun! Our body needs sunlight so we produce serotonin – the feel good hormone. Serotonin also lessen our cravings for carbs and sweets – sugar, specifically. Hence, even in the middle of the winter, it pays to head outside, just ensure you are bundled up. In the house, it’s also good to open the blinds and shutters during the day and let the sunshine in.
