To Bake Or Not To Bake?
While I have been dishing out slim down tricks right here, here I am feeling bloated and heavy because I love baking my cake and eating it too. It’s just the start of a new week, and I feel this way every time after a weekend of eating cake. If I don’t get a grip, it is inevitable that I will soon be looking out for weight loss pills that work.
Seriously, I have been thinking of halting my ‘Friday baking’ schedule. I can count on my fingers the number of Fridays that I have skipped baking since I started to bake last February.The fact that it’s only me and my husband sharing a whole 8 or 9 inches cake or sometimes 10 inches cake is simply insane. There are a few times that I send some over to my in-laws but because my husband is a voracious eater, many of the cakes that I bake are very much loved by him and believe it or not, he would refuse to deliver the goodies as he want to keep them for himself.
I’m in quandary. I love the fact that I can control the ingredients and adjust the taste to my liking whenever I bake. Yet, I don’t like the effect ( as far as my increasing weight is concerned).
