I&#039;m not a milk and yogurt kind of gal, and knowing that sesame seeds are also rich in calcium through you then all the more I have the reason to keep toasting sesame seeds to sprinkle it to my favorite salad and cereals.</description>

Years ago there were quite a few cases of Rickets about (this is when the bones in the legs end up bow shaped through not enough Vitamin D in the diet). Apparently this disease is returning and more and more cases are being reported.

A useful little tip to increase the intake of calcium:  .... sesame seeds not only contain Omega 6 and Omega 3 but masses of Calcium. They can be added to soups, stirfries, salads, breakfast cereals, cakes ... the list is endless. So these can be eaten alongside milk, cheese and yoghurt.
