Smoking? Not Again!
Almost a decade ago, my husband quit smoking. No, he was not a heavy smoker( he started smoking five years prior to being married), but he smoked enough to really annoy me. Thus, one day, he announced he was quitting and off he quit cold turkey. He never puffed one cigarette stick since. Not a lot of people can just quit cold turkey and that is why I’m so proud of him. He admits that it was not that easy but his strong determination and will power to wean himself off helped a lot.
Hence, when I told him about the electronic cigarette (the one that looks, feels and tastes like a cigarette or cigar, and delivers all the pleasures of smoking, but it does not contain tobacco, tar or known carcinogens) his face lit up.
No, he is not considering going back to smoking but he is merely looking out for the many who haven’t kicked the habit. He thinks it may be a good alternative to conventional cigarettes sans the health hazard associated with it.
Si M din smoker before. He quit years before we met so hindi ko na nakita. I used to puff a stick a day din for a few years but it didn’t really work for me….nakikisama lang ako minsan but it’s addicting…buti na lang I was able to quit while I could. M now hates the smell of cigs…ganun daw ata talaga once you quit…
I have read about this e-cig but I really don’t get the drift kung baket na imbento ‘to…hehe….

I never tried to smoke. I like the smell of unlit cigarettes – that’s it. F did it out of the stressful grind at work. that time, he was training people in their Tampa branch and was flying a lot to and from NY. ewan ko nga, baka excuse lang hehe.
tinanggal ko on purpose yung links para mahirapan mag hop yung hipag kung puti. akala niya kaya niya akong i-trick eh buko ko naman siya.
sana nga mag tuloy-tuloy na. I hope na it’s not a fluky day today.
