Many don’t like the texture and the taste of whole wheat. Although, we all know that it is recommended that we consume three servings of whole grains a day, for those of us that dislike the flavor of whole wheat, we can now bake using white whole wheat flour.

The King Arthur’s white whole wheat flour is milled from white whole wheat, which is as healthy as a traditional whole wheat. It has the same level of fiber, nutrients, and minerals sans the taste and grainy heft, it has milder flavor and lighter color.
Start by replacing 1/3 of the all-purpose flour in your favorite recipe with white whole wheat flour; gradually increase the percentage of whole wheat until your baked good’s flavor and texture are just the way you like them. It is a great way to add whole grains to your diet.
