The Wonders Of Vinegar

Vinegar they say, is a great filler-upper. This is due to acetic acid in the vinegar which may slow the passage of food from the stomach into the small intestine thus, the tummy stays full longer.  In fact, from a Swedish study they found that people who ate bread dipped in vinegar felt fuller than those who had plain slices.

Vinegar is also known to short-circuit the swift blood sugar rise that happens after we eat refined carbs (i.e. white bread, cookies and crackers).

To put it simply, vinegar is one kitchen staple that can help promote weight loss, apart from  its many uses in the kitchen.
