Our quest to shed off extra pounds is never ending. A lot of us fall for those fad fast weight loss programs and some of us opt for safer although longer route to weight loss.
Personally, although I have been told many times that I don’t need to shed a pound, I still think I’d feel better if I got rid of a couple of pounds. I was astonished to hear that eating tofu actually helps. I knew that tofu is not filling; it is too light. Apparently, if tofu is taken as a pre-meal appetizer, you will need/eat less food when you finally eat a meal. Tofu is considered as an appetite-repressing protein.
So go ahead, eat your tofu!
