Dusting 101 — 2 Comments

  1. Another good alternative is to add a splash of vinegar to a basin or bucket of water and dip a cloth in it then wring it out and use the moist cloth for dusting. Vinegar kills germs, in fact, it is alleged that it kills around 99% of germs – it also adds a sheen to wood and so is a marvellous standby. It may be poured down drains on top of two teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda and it cleanses plugholes and pipes. Best of all it is a beautifier – add a teaspoonful of vinegar to a pint of warm water to rinse hair with and it makes it shine wonderfully.
