  1. I used to work out at the gym like six times a week! It really felt good but I was always bothered by the way I felt when I actually skipped a day. It was like I felt bad about myself if I slipped a day. I haven’t been for a few years now, and I feel better than ever! Ha

    me, I have no guilt feeling at all when I even don’t do anything. I really need to be committed to it.
