I have yet to discover the best ab workout that can finally put away my mini belly pooch.
I have to admit though that in the event that I get the chance to discover an ab workout that is already proven and tested, I highly doubt it if I will follow it anyway.
Truth be told, I’m a lazy bum. But I hope you believe me, if I tell you that no matter how lazy I am, I keep to a certain regimen four days a week. I lift 5 lbs weights (my triceps and biceps are now firm and rock hard, and I heard that lifting weights is also good for the abs), I do 120 sit-ups (hopefully – to take care of that pooch) and get on my fitness disc for at least 15 minutes (just enough to sweat even for a short period of time).
I totally stopped going to the gym since the Fall but I intend to go back when it gets a little warmer. Yeah, the gym is right here and I don’t have to drive to get me there (I just need to head down) but as I said… I’m just plain lazy.
