  1. If you eat well, you really don’t need vitamins, and you have to be careful about becoming vitamin toxic. Some are stored in your body and some aren’t. Do yourself a favor, save money; nix the vitamins unless you want to take a general once a day type. Most doctors don’t support taking vitamins, unless a woman is pregnant or your iron deficient or something along those lines.

    yes thanks a lot for the reminder. and the only reason why I pop more pills is because I don’t take a multi. I’m taking separate vitamins.

    because I’m hypertensive, my doctor has given the thumbs up for this regimen. under my condition, I would not dare to get into this regimen without prior approval from my doc. that would be courting trouble.
