It’s definitely going to be a long weekend here in our home. My husband is off from work for the last two days of the workweek this week and this is synonymous to pigging out.
For now, I have to totally forget about my illusion. I will deal with the question:” how to reduce stomach fat?” after this weekend.
For starter, we had late brunch at the nearby diner and I had a plateful of Deluxe pancakes with all the trimmings (sausage, bacon and ham):
And my husband had Romanian steak with 3 egg omelet and fries:
We ate like there’s no tomorrow. Since we are both pretty much used to controlled portions (c/o our food delivery service) it’s during times like these that we do the most ‘damage’. And to think that this was only the start of a long weekend, we will definitely do more damage (lol).
Suspending the food delivery service when we have these days is the most stupid move that I always do, but my husband is insistent about it. I always comply, so it’s both on us. We’re both happy about the brief respite from the healthier options, so that is all that matters.
