One of the mainstays in my pantry is Maille Dijon Mustard. It’s very versatile, and I love it most especially when I make herbed vinaigrette. And I can’t have it any other way when I spread it on a grilled hotdog.
We all know that there’s more to mustard than heat. The smooth but pungent flavor in Dijon Mustard comes from the careful balancing of ingredients (white wine included). This makes for its versatility and a great add-in for potato salad, barbecue sauce as well as deviled eggs.
