We’re just barely settled back from our trip to Ireland, and as early as now, my husband and I are again talking about our next destination. Honestly, if you were to ask me, I don’t even want to talk about traveling for now. We headed to the French Riviera and the most recent trip in a span of only 2 months and a half and it’s too tiring although it’s fun. But since he is so into it, I have no choice but to reciprocate my thoughts about it.
One thing is for sure though, next year’s vacations will not entail long haul flights. Does that mean Disney vacations? I don’t know and I’m not too sure about that.
I’m seeing a very busy 2011 for us. It is going to be a year filled with so many changes and excitement. And that is the reason why opting for a destination not that far from the USA is a wise pick. If everything falls into place, I’m not actually even sure if I want to go on vacation at all next year.
The question now is: Will I be able to stay put… at home all year? I did it in 2009 for a good reason (that deserves another post altogether; I think I can now write about it ). I don’t see how I can’t do it again in 2011.
