Last Saturday, our afternoon was spent at the spa. It has become our objective to hit the spa once a month, and for two people this is rather a costly “vice.” However, having a husband who can be as vain as me, spa day for two has become the norm in our household. Body massage for two, facial for two, paraffin hand treatment, manicure and pedicure for me is what we normally order except for some months when we indulge for a lot more.
This “vice” led me into thinking that maybe I can pursue one of those diploma programs such as massage therapy program online. Why online? Because this will be more convenient and it will not hinder me from going about my usual routine. Browsing through the courses that are needed to complete the program are not even that alien to me, because I completed a degree in Allied Medicine. If I can pull this off, I can definitely pursue it as a part time career as well as it will save us the cost of monthly massages for my husband (of course, I will still have to get mine done at the spa).
Will I have the stamina to accomplish all that is required? That is the big question. I need to ponder and process this thought carefully.
