When should one start to think about opting for fat burners? What a question, right? Does it seem like I’m asking if there’s a rule?
Having said that, at the rate that I’m going with my unfavorable snacks and munchies while I’m home, it won’t be long until I’m going that route. I mean, thinking of fat burners. It does not help that the temps have dipped down to the 40’s already. For a tropical temp-loving gal like yours truly, the lower temps makes me more of a bed-and-couch-loving girl.
Exercising has taken a back seat nowadays. It’s a lucky weekend for me if I do my routine on Saturdays and Sundays. It doesn’t help that I have used my wrist injury as a convenient excuse for not doing weigh-lifting and everything else. Even with a very enthusiastic gym-loving husband, it’s not enough to entice me to lace up my sneakers and join him at the gym.
Where am I headed then? I don’t know. I’m crossing my fingers that I will miraculously burn fat without lifting a finger.
