At this point in time, it’s amazing that I’m not yet in search for the best wrinkle cream. It’s not that I’m not into taking care of my skin, because I’m a self confessed beauty and skin care junkie.
Early on in my life, I discovered the wonders of cosmetics and skin care products, and I haven’t stopped using them since. At the age of 15, I was already using eye cream and all the potions and lotions that are aimed at taking care of ones skin.
I surmise, that the above fact is the reason why at my age, I only have the minuscule trace of fine lines on my facial skin peeking. I’m not complaining, in fact, I’m so thankful. But at the end of the day, I believe that I should be rewarded for it and the very much delayed signs of aging on my skin is the best reward that I could possibly get for being vigilant during those earlier years.
It can be financially draining at times, as I love to experiment. I have already practically tried every high end and over the counter potions that the upscale department stores and drugstores peddle. At this point in my life, I already know what works and what doesn’t for my skin but just the same, I still fall prey and become a victim of savvy marketing at times.
Have I found the best skin care line for me? Sad to say, no. I always find something wrong thus, I move on and buy another brand. Brand loyalty is important but sadly, I’m not loyal to one.
So… the search continues.
