I come from a musically inclined family. Me and my siblings (the five of us), learned to read musical notes and played musical instruments at an early age. We spent part of our summers for a lot of years at the music school. At the tender age of six, I had my first music lesson and not long after that I was already being taught to play the piano.
I can play the piano, ukelele, banduria and a bit of violin. I started to learn how to play the guitar too, but I stopped short after learning the basics and there was no follow-ups because I lost interest.
Once in a while I think of going back to where I left off. Recently, I found out about the existence of an online portal where one can learn guitar lessons and learn how to play guitar songs via online video lessons. Isn’t that cool? I find this set-up a real great development. Imagine not having to head out the door and just learn at your own pace in the comfort of your home.
Now, that is really neat. I’m so inclined to embark on this learning adventure. The problem is – how will I fit it into my already hectic lifestyle.

I also teach my children to play piano at an early age. I think it’s important to their sensitivity and personality.

thanks for sharing.
Music is a big part of my life. I play guitar and piano. Sunday is my relaxing time with Jazz music after my hectic daily activities.
@ Ian
that’s great!
