The deep freeze here in New York is not far off. Pretty soon, we will all find ourselves cooped up indoors while enjoying the warmth of our homes. At this point, I can only imagine the warmth of summer, when outdoor activities are aplenty. The beauty of four seasons however, is our chance to experience all types of weather conditions. Of course, there are upsides and downsides to that.
Having been born and raised in a tropical country, I’m pretty much aware that going camping is synonymous to equipping oneself with camping gear. And that I’m used to seeing camping tents year round. But the camping tents that I’ve grown to love around New York, my second home, are those colorful and multi-room tents that are made to accommodate families. That is something that I have never come across with back home.
And what is camping without the facility to whip up yummy meals while enjoying the great outdoors. You can only achieve that via camping stoves. In that case, compact and lightweight camping stoves are best. They are ultimately made for mobility. After all, as campers, you’re not just confined in one area.
The winter has not even begun, but I can’t wait for the summer. The tropical gal that I am, needless to say, loves the warmth and the sun. Hopefully, this coming summer, my husband and I will find ourselves camping for the first time ever which means we will also be looking into camping equipments beforehand. That sounds exciting and fun.
